Leslie Rose McDonald
is founder and president of Pathfinders CTS, Inc., which
for the past 15 years has served the upstate New York
area with career transition services, selection and retention
consulting, executive and business coaching, succession
planning, performance enhancement and leadership development.
She is also the visionary behind the creation of Pathfinder's
new enterprise, "Authentic Leadership for Women" professional
development programs and retreats that were launched in
2004.
Leslie has a BS degree in Education/Psychology and
offers over 25 years of business background. Her diverse
career includes not-for-profit leadership, corporate
human resources management, creating and building her
own small business, consulting and coaching.
Leslie is a certified administrator and distributor
of Harrison Assessments® for hiring and development.
She is also qualified as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator®
(MBTI)) administrator. She is certified in Neuro-Linguistic
Programming® (NLP) and is a practitioner of NLP
as well as Emotional Freedom Techniques® (EFT).
She is also a certified trainer from the Meditation
Training Institute.
Leslie is a past president of the Central New York
chapter of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
and is a member of the American Society for Training
and Development, (ASTD), the Career Masters Institute
(CMI) and the National Association of Female Executives.
(NAFE) She also serves on the CNY Board of Directors
for Junior Achievement.
For the past 10 years, Leslie has been a business
writer for the Syracuse Newspapers. Her "Career Tracking"
column ran in the Herald Journal for 6 years, and for
the past 4 years she has authored the "Workplace Wellness"
column that is published bi-weekly in the Syracuse Post
Standard. In 2002 she was named a "Business Woman of
the Year" by the Central New York Business Journal.
