Leadership Assessment & Self-Management Strategies
Self-discovery and self-knowledge are foundational to effective leadership. We will identify and reinforce your inherent abilities and talents using the Harrison Assessment profile, one of the most sophisticated
and comprehensive leadership assessment tools available today. Your customized report will offer feedback and insights on over 25 leadership dimensions.
Balancing Leadership: Learning to Lead with Both Your Head and Your Heart
Contemporary research confirms that exceptional leadership requires a dual focus on both business results and the people we need to help us implement and achieve those results. We will explore what it takes to allow business-minded and people-centered values to co-exist and complement in a balanced and healthy way.
Creating Your Personal Mission Statement
Our personal values form the foundation on which we base our everyday choices and decisions. You will have the opportunity to create a personal mission statement which will provide the framework for your business and personal goal-setting, and which can provide stability and resilience in the face of future obstacles and challenges.
Leading Through Constant Change
and Transition
You cannot force people to change, but you can effectively facilitate their transition and adaptation process. Learn how to stay grounded and clear to express your true courageous leadership, despite internal or external chaos.
Personal Energy Management
Are you on the road to burnout and exhaustion? Beyond stress management, personal energy management is a conscious approach to everyday choice-making that supports sustained energy, vitality and productivity. You will learn how to re-gain and retain the energy and balance you need to be effective in all aspects of your life.
“Coach on Call”
During the course of this program, our facilitators will be available for participants to individually discuss short-term issues and strategies.
Individual Professional
Development Plan

At the end of the session you will develop goals and a customized action plan that will assist you in applying and reinforcing your newly acquired knowledge and skills.
Follow Up Support
Participants will be provided with 3 follow up group coaching sessions via telephone conference to monitor and reinforce learning.
