ONLINE REGISTRATION

The easiest method to register for our program is using our electronic registration form. This process will register your intent, and we will hold your place for 5 days until deposit (or payment in full, if you prefer) is received. You may deduct 5% when payment in full is paid by September 6th. NOTE: We do not have the ability for you to pay your tuition online at this time. If you wish to pay by credit card, Pathfinders accepts VISA and MC, and we can process your credit card information by phone at 315-453-7608. We also accept personal and business checks, payable to Pathfinders CTS, Inc.

MAIL OR FAX REGISTRATION

Please download the printable registration form and fax or mail it in. Fax it to Pathfinders at 315-453-4093 or mail it with deposit (or payment in full) to: Authentic Leadership for Women Registration, Pathfinders CTS, Inc. 7445 Morgan Road, Bldg. 1, Liverpool, NY 13090.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Due to expected demand and limited capacity, we will confirm participants based on those who are first to provide payment in full. Therefore we encourage interested women to register early and to make full payment as soon as possible. Upon receipt of your registration form, Pathfinders CTS, Inc. will send you a confirmation, along with a receipt for payment made, or invoice for outstanding tuition payment.
